What we collect, what we never collect, and who sees it.
What a Level 1 inquiry collects
Amount range, purpose, business name, industry, state, time in business, revenue range, an optional credit range, and your name, email and phone. Ranges, not exact figures, because a range is enough to filter published criteria.
What it never collects
No Social Security number. No bank login or account credentials. No bank statements, tax returns or application documents. If you go on to a full application with a lender, that lender collects what it needs directly from you, under its own agreement with you.
Who sees it
Your details go to a lender only when you ask us to send them. The consent you granted is recorded with the inquiry and shown to you on your dashboard. You can withdraw it by emailing [email protected] with your reference number.
Analytics
Inquiry form contents are not placed in analytics events or application logs. Campaign attribution — which page you arrived on and which campaign brought you — is recorded first-party against the inquiry and is not forwarded to a third party from here.
Your account
An account is optional; an inquiry can be completed without one. If you create one, you see only your own inquiries, saved lenders and saved comparisons.
